I Need Your Help. Right Now. This Week.
I'm not easing into this because I don't have time to ease into anything right now.
My home is going into foreclosure. I have 7 days to stop it. I don't have the money. I can't borrow it. I am not ready to become homeless.
Here is where I am right now:
- Facing homelessness if this foreclosure is not stopped this week
- My car is days from repossession
- Zero income coming in
- No unemployment
- No food assistance
- Healthcare costs just went up at the exact moment I have nothing left to give
You know me. So you already know how hard it was to type that.
I am the person who shows up when things fall apart. 20 years of leading teams, building operations, and showing up for people who needed someone steady. I have never once asked for a handout.
Not until right now.
I have applied for jobs relentlessly. I have pursued every assistance program available to me. I am working with a housing advocate right now who is fighting alongside me to keep me and my 3-year-old Akita Bruno off the streets. I have kicked in every door I know how to kick in.
Everything ran out at the same time.
I moved to Florida for business. I have no family here. No close friends nearby. When this kind of crisis hits there is no one to call with a spare room or a check. It is just me and Bruno and a foreclosure notice.
Every morning I still get up. I host my show. I send applications. I keep pushing. But pushing cannot stop a foreclosure.
I am asking you directly because you are in my network for a reason. We built something real here. Real means showing up for each other when it actually costs something.
