People often ask me what lane I operate in.

The honest answer I live at the intersection of growth and reality.

That’s the space where big ideas meet hard constraints. Where ambition shakes hands with execution. Where numbers have to move and people still have to feel good doing the work.

I’ve spent a significant chapter of my career owning operations end to end. Ecommerce. Global operations. Supply chain logistics. Customer service. Office facilities. If it touched the customer or the cost structure, it lived in my world. I like seeing the whole chessboard, not just one piece.

On the ecommerce side, I led operations producing $40M to $90M annually, supporting over 1,500 distribution centers and vendors and managing more than 2.5 million SKUs across stocked inventory, drop ship, and vendor direct fulfillment models. All of that while maintaining a 98% customer satisfaction rate across major marketplaces. Scale like that does not happen by accident. It happens when discipline and adaptability show up every single day.

But my work never stopped there.

I’ve built call centers from concept to completion. Staffing, workflows, facilities, layouts, systems, hiring models, training programs, performance metrics. The full stack. I’ve taken complete ownership of customer service organizations because experience is not a department. It’s a promise. And those teams are the heartbeat of whether that promise is kept.

I’ve also lead corporate moves. twice. Full relocations. Office buildouts. Lease negotiations. Vendor contracts. Negotiating Tenant Improvement Allowances so spaces actually worked for the people inside them. Those moves were not about square footage or furniture. They were about building environments that supported scale without crushing culture or lighting money on fire.

The common thread through all of it has always been efficiency. Not the kind that burns people out. The kind that builds smarter systems.

I’m genuinely obsessed with doing more with less, and I say that with pride. That does not mean working people harder. It means giving teams better tools, clearer processes, smarter forecasting, and flexible staffing models that absorb growth without blowing up overhead. It means preparing for peak instead of panicking during it. Calm beats chaos. Every time.

Every role I’ve held has carried the same mandate Sell more Deliver better Earn higher ratings Lower cost to serve Reduce overhead Protect the humans doing the work

That balance is not accidental. It’s intentional.

That’s the work I love. High volume. High stakes. Lots of moving parts. Turning complexity into flow and pressure into performance. There is real joy in watching a system hum and a team win together.

This isn’t just what I do. It’s how I think.

Part two is coming, where I go deeper into customer service and why it is always my starting point.
