When I first hit the “Go Live” button, I had no plan to launch a podcast. No script. No strategy. No master vision. Just me, speaking from the heart. That moment became Season One of YOU BE YOU Live. Just family connecting in real time. Some familiar cousins will return, but most weeks will feature brand-new faces. It’s about rediscovering family, bridging gaps, and remembering that we’re more connected than we realize.
Wednesday Specials Wednesdays bring variety and surprise. One week it might be a timely hot topic, the next a unique deep dive. At least once a month, we’ll host Men’s Talk—a groundbreaking space where men open up about struggles we’ve been told to hide behind phrases like “man up.” These talks aren’t about complaining. They’re about healing, encouragement, and reminding each other that even in our lowest moments, hope is always alive.
My Brother Talk This one is personal. My brother and I are total opposites, but when we sit down together, it’s pure magic. We clash, we debate, we challenge each other—but always with love and respect. These conversations prove something the world desperately needs: that you can disagree deeply and still honor, love, and respect one another.
So what’s the biggest difference between Season One and Season Two? Season One was discovery. Season Two is intention. Season One was me finding my way.
