You will use up everything you’ve got trying to give everyone else what they want. You will exhaust every ounce of your energy trying to fit into someone else’s version of who you should be. And in the process, you will lose your fire. You will lose your joy. You will lose your sense of purpose chasing validation for a performance that was never written for your soul.

So stop. Stop handing out pieces of yourself just to be accepted by people who never had the power to define you in the first place. Stop rewriting your voice so it fits into their script. Stop letting people rename you, reframe you, and reduce you to a shadow of your own story.

You know your journey. You’ve walked through storms most couldn’t survive. You’ve shown up when everything inside of you begged to shut down. You’ve stood tall in rooms built to break you. So don’t shrink now. Don’t second-guess now. Don’t sit in silence when your soul was created to speak.

You be you. The real you. The bold you. The unapologetic you. Not the edited version. Not the agreeable one. The one that’s been waiting for you to say, “Go.”

Stand tall when you walk into meetings. Speak your truth—with respect, not fear. Don’t hope they skip your name. Hope they’re ready when they call it.

You don’t need to shout to be heard. You don’t need to dominate to lead. You just need to show up as you—fully, consistently, unapologetically.

Move with grace. Speak with power. Lead with love.

And as you rise, build steps behind you. Not for praise. Not for status. But because someone out there is silently watching you, praying for a sign that it's safe to be who they are too.

Let them talk. Let them judge. Let them label.

They don’t get to name your purpose. They don’t get to control your narrative. And they sure as hell don’t get to steal your destiny.

So when they ask how you did it?

Look them in the eye and say—

“I stopped performing. I started becoming.”
