There are moments in life when you don’t just feel inspired—you feel summoned. That’s the pivot. It doesn’t ask politely. It doesn’t wait for your convenience. It shows up unannounced and dares you to evolve. And here’s the truth most people won’t admit: in business, the pivot is strategy. In real life, it’s spiritual surgery. It cuts deep. It exposes everything. And it calls forward the version of you that’s been buried under expectations, fears, and outdated blueprints.

Yesterday, I met someone who unknowingly unlocked something sacred in me—his name is Americo DaCosta. What started as a conversation quickly became something more. I wasn’t just listening to his story—I was hearing my own. The rhythm, the detours, the uphill climbs... it mirrored mine with uncanny precision. It was like watching a rerun of my own life, only this time from the outside in. And that’s when it hit me: we don’t always create the pivot. Sometimes, the pivot is already in motion—and we’re just catching up to it.

Most of us imagine the pivot as a grand, public decision. Something you declare. Something you map out. But the real pivot? It’s the morning you wake up and decide to try again. It’s the afternoon you stop scrolling and start creating. It’s the midnight moment when you realize: “Maybe this breakdown is actually my breakthrough.” The pivot is not loud—it’s consistent. It’s not about speed—it’s about alignment.

Here’s what my pivot looks like right now:

  • I’m building communities across platforms, not to be seen—but to be felt.

  • I’m writing articles that start as a whisper in my spirit and become anchors for people navigating their own chaos.

  • I’ve turned my articles into weekly podcasts—not because I had a blueprint, but because I had something burning in me that refused to stay quiet.

  • I’ve translated those podcasts into songs—real songs—with melodies born from pain, hope, and audacity. Some are auto-tuned. Some are raw. All of them are real.

  • I’m laying down instrumentals, piece by piece, word by word, harmony by harmony—because building a dream isn’t glamorous; it’s granular.

  • I’m leaning into tools. Not because they replace me, but because they amplify me.

  • And most of all? I’m leaning into people—meeting souls like Americo who remind me that I’m not building alone.

Let’s be clear: I’m not reinventing myself. I’m revealing myself. I’m removing the layers of who I was taught to be and walking fully into who I already am. And if you’re reading this, chances are—you’re in your own pivot. Even if you haven’t named it yet. Maybe it feels like chaos. Maybe it feels like starting over. Maybe it feels like losing everything you thought was “you.” But what if I told you… you’re not lost—you’re being rerouted. You’re not failing—you’re being fortified. You’re not behind—you’re becoming.

Destiny doesn’t whisper forever. At some point, it shouts. And that shout sounds like: “Stop waiting to be discovered. Start discovering yourself.” “Stop asking for a map. Start becoming the compass.” “Stop shrinking for comfort. Start expanding for impact.” Your pivot is not a detour. It’s your divine timeline catching up to your courage.

I keep it positive 90% of the time. But that 10%? That’s the test. That’s when I want to quit. That’s when I feel too exposed. Too tired. Too unseen. But then I hear a voice bigger than mine say: “It’s already done. The door is already open. Just walk through.”

So here I am. Walking. With fear. With faith. With fire. And I’m inviting you to walk with me.

This isn’t the end. It’s the next movement in the music of my life. And I’m honored you're part of the song.

This is not a new chapter. It’s a whole new book. And the title? Destiny, Volume One.

Thanks for reading,
