“What you talkin’ ‘bout Willis?” That’s a question that lingers, hangs in the air, and invites introspection. It’s the kind of question that pokes at the edges of your mind, asking not just for an answer but for a revelation. Some people wonder if I’m talking about them. Others think I might be talking about myself. Or maybe, just maybe, I’m talking about you. The truth is, the answer is a resounding yes. I’m talking about all of us, intertwined in this wild, unpredictable dance called life.

This is my daily journal—a space where thoughts flow like a river, sometimes calm, sometimes turbulent, always moving. It’s not about a fixed destination, but the journey itself. The ideas here are as fluid as water, inspired by random acts of observation and an intentional commitment to question everything. Have you ever heard the phrase “things that make you go hmmm?” It’s the perfect summary of my musings—questions without clear answers, thoughts that linger long after the conversation ends.

So, who am I writing about? You? Them? Me? The answer is all of the above. If these words resonate with you, then yes, this is for you. If not, maybe it’s for someone else. But at the core, it’s always something I need to hear in my own life. Writing is my mirror, reflecting truths that are sometimes hard to face but impossible to ignore.

As I sit here, my left arm folded, resting on the desk, my right elbow propped up with my chin in my hand, I ponder. What is it that I need to hear this Monday afternoon? The answer hasn’t come to me yet, so I’ll step away, finish this Netflix episode, and let my mind wander. I’ll be right back.

Life has a way of messing with us, throwing curveballs when we least expect them. But here’s the thing: it’s your life. You’re in the driver’s seat. Get up in the morning, write down your plans, and be happy—yes, even if you don’t love the job you’re heading to. Happiness isn’t a destination; it’s a journey. You’ve got to be happy on your way to happy, because if you think happiness is waiting for you at the end of the road, you’re mistaken. You carry yourself with you wherever you go. You can’t run from yourself; believe me, we’ve all tried. But the truth is, you need yourself when you get there. So stop running. Embrace where you are, who you are, and start driving your life with intention.

When life starts “lifing,” as they say, get happy on your way to happiness. Meet yourself where you are, and stop trying to escape. Start embracing. Start living.
