Why She Feels Like The Right Beginning Some leaders push you to perform. Tanya pulls you back to who you are. Especially Black women over 40, who carry wisdom, leadership, and lived intelligence, and still get asked to prove they belong.
That is a tired story and she is not here for it. She is building a lane where those women are seen without having to shape shift, explain themselves, or shrink their brilliance so other people feel comfortable. That kind of work is not a niche. It is a necessary correction.
What I Want You To Feel When You Hear Her I want you to feel possibility that is grounded. Not fantasy. Not motivational fluff. The real kind.
